SEAN MAJORS OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a junior from Fredericksburg, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Men’s Field Athlete of the Week for meets held Monday, March 15 through Sunday, March 21.
Majors jumped 7.18 meters in the long jump to take fifth overall at the Abilene Christian Invitational. Majors ranks as the top long jumper in D3 for the third weekend in a row and is the only person to jump over seven meters.
