Trinity's senior line-one mainstay, Krimbill put on a show in last weekend's ITA Indoor National Championship in Cleveland, Ohio as he remained undefeated in individual competition for the 2022 campaign with a straight-sets victory in the Tigers' 5-4 win over No. 7 Brandeis then took down sixth-ranked James Hopper of No. 2 Case Western Reserve in a barn-burning third-set superbreaker. Krimbill's attempt at a perfect 3-for-3 weekend from the top spot in the lineup was cut short as the rackets were dropped in the early portion of his third set against No. 3 Washington (Mo.).
Other Outstanding Performances in the SCAC:
Senior Mario Gallinar of Schriener posted a straight-sets 6-3, 6-4 victory at No. 3 singles in his only match of the week against McMurry. Junior Quinn Johnson of Texas Lutheran won two out of three singles matches this past week - posting wins at the No. 6 line against Covenant (Ga.) and Howard Payne.
