CHRISTIAN SETTLES AND HAO NGUYEN OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, have been named the SCAC Men’s Doubles Team of the Week for matches played from Monday, March 7 through Sunday, March 13. (SCAC Men's Tennis Weekly Report - Week 6)
Settles, a senior from Claremont, Calif., and Nguyen, a junior from Sugar Land, Texas, put together back-to-back 8-2 victories in the Tigers' doubleheader shutout of Schreiner and McMurry on Saturday. The pair has won three straight since the ITA Indoor National Championship, leading Trinity to a 2-0 start in SCAC play, and improving their season record to 8-2 against NCAA III opponents.
