ETHAN FLORES AND JARED PERRY OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, have been named the SCAC Men’s Doubles Team of the Week for matches played from Monday, March 25 through Sunday, March 31. It is the second consecutive week the duo have earned the honor. SCAC Men's Tennis Weekly Report - Week 9
Flores, a first-year from Houston, Texas, and Perry, a first-year from Tucson, Ariz., went 2-1 over a three-match weekend for #9 Trinity men's tennis at St. Louis, Mo., falling to top-ranked Claremont, but defeating Skidmore College and Washington University-St. Louis. Flores and Perry earned a doubles win against both top-ranked Claremont and Skidmore, then lost a narrow 7-5 #1 doubles defeat against Wash U.
Other Outstanding Performances in the SCAC:
Sophomore Bernardo Clemente and sophomore Parth Patel of Southwestern moved into the No. 1 spot in the Pirates' doubles lineup and earned an 8-6 win over their opponents from Mary Hardin-Baylor.
