Kaczmarczyk, a sophomore from Aurora, Colo., and Flores, a first-year from Houston, Texas, earned three doubles wins at the ITA Indoor National Championships over the weekend, as #14 Trinity men's tennis finished eighth at the event. The Tiger doubles duo earned wins in matches against fifth-ranked Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, 12th-ranked Gustavus Adolphus, and 10th-ranked Sewanee. Kaczmarczyk and Flores started with a 6-1 win at line three to jump-start Trinity's doubles sweep to earn the doubles point against Claremont. They also won 6-4 in Saturday's match against Gustavus to help the Tigers to another clinch of the doubles point, then came in as the lone Trinity doubles team to win (6-3) in Sunday's match with Sewanee.
Other Outstanding Performances in the SCAC:
First-year Pooya Tork and first-year Jamie O Shea of St. Thomas secured a hard-fought 8-7 victory at line one doubles over East Texas Baptist, securing the Celts only point of the match.
