Senior outfielder Mackenzie Cox of Centenary finished a sizzling .556 (5-for-9) in the Ladies' home series against Millsaps over the weekend with for runs scored, two walks, and five stolen bases in six attempts. She did not strikeout and finished with an OBP of .636 and slugged .556. Cox leads the country in stolen bases with a whopping 24 in 26 attempts. She now has eight games this season in which she has stolen multiple bases. Sophomore outfielder Rebecca Archibald of St. Thomas collected three multi hit contests last weekend to help lift the Celts to an SCAC opening three-game series sweep over Austin College. Archibald finished the weekend going 7-for-10 at the plate with at least two hits in every game, scored five runs, stole three bases and drove in one.
