Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
Sophomore Julissa Rodriguez of Texas Lutheran had a new PR in the hammer throw of 45.13m (148-1) at the War Hawk Classic. Her mark sits just behind first in the conference and was third at the meet. She also finished seventh in the shot and 10th in the discus at the same meet. First-year Danielle Wilson of Southwestern had an outstanding performance in the women's Javelin at the 2023 War Hawk Classic, achieving a season-best mark of 33.08m. Her impressive performance landed her eighth out of 24 competitors while also securing her third place in the SCAC standings.
