SHEKINAH OLOYEDE OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a junior runner from Oklahoma City, Okla., has been selected the SCAC Women’s Track Athlete of the Week for meets held from Monday, March 28 through Sunday, April 3. (SCAC Track & Field Weekly Release - Week 5)
Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
First-year Arden Neff of Southwestern was one of just two Div. III athletes to post a top 16 finish in the 100-meter hurdles last weekend at the David Nobel Relays, posting a personal best time of 15.92. That time currently leads the SCAC. First-year NyCierra Hinton of St. Thomas was outstanding last weekend at the University of Houston Alumni Meet, against all Div. I competition, posting a personal best time of 12.65 in the 100-meter dash. Junior Sealan Ledat of Trinity ran a new personal best 26.68 in the 200-meters last weekend at the David Noble Relays. She also ran a leg on the conference leading 4x400 realy team with a time of 4:05.57.
