Colorado College improved to 7-12 and will face second-seeded Southwestern University on Saturday in the semifinals at the indoor courts at Styslinger/Altec Tennis Complex on the campus of Southern Methodist University. Texas Lutheran finishes the 2024 campaign with a 3-13 record.

An 8-1 win from the top doubles squad of Kala Komonduri and Avery Hickman and a perfect 8-0 win at the No. 2 doubles line from Christina Heffrom and Lindsey Popeo; paired with walkovers at No. 3 doubles as well as No. 6 singles, left Colorado College needing just one win at singles to clinch and advance.

Gigi Jensen provided that point in quick fashion, earning the 6-0, 6-0, sweep at the No. 5 singles line to propel the Tigers to the next round.
