Stuteville had five block assists and three solo blocks for eight total blocks, averaging 1.22 per set, in three victories for the Tigers at the Colorado College Invitational. She was part of a defensive effort that held opponents to a .004 hitting percentage on the weekend.
Other impressive performances in the SCAC:
Sophomore defensive specialist Ally Peters of St. Thomas recorded an impressive 53 total digs (4.42 digs per set) on the weekend, leading the Celts to a 4-0 weekend at the First Responders' Tournament. UST picked up wins over #25 UMHB and a gritty Whitman team as Peters helped anchor a Celt back row that currently leads the SCAC in opponents' hitting percentage. Junior middle blocker Maddie Fate of Trinity tied a career mark with seven blocks against No. 1 Claremont-M-S on Saturday after posting five against the host of the 2022 East*West Classic, No. 14 Emory, Friday night. Fate averaged 1.17 blocks per set through three matches and logged four of her 14 total blocks as solos last weekend. Senior right side Madison Weisinger of Texas Lutheran tallied 16 blocks along the Bulldog front in three matches (1.07 per set), including seven blocks in both matches against Transy and Whitworth. Sophomore defensive specialist Geneva Nedrow of Southwestern had 27 digs (2.25 per set) as the Pirates posted a 1-2 mark at the Wesleyan (CT) Invitational.
