Freshman defender Kourtney Rosales of Schreiner scored her first career goal last week in the Mountaineers loss to Arlington Baptist. Freshman midfielder Laura Saravia of St. Thomas registered a pair of goals as the Celts posted a 1-1 record in non-conference conference fixtures last week. Saravia scored the lone goal in a 2-1 loss to Southwestern on Friday night and then rang home the game-winning goal in the 2-1 win over Texas Lutheran on Sunday. Sophomore forward Savannah Rush of Texas Lutheran scored the game-winning goal in the Bulldogs’ 1-0 shutout victory over Centenary last Friday night in a non-conference conference fixture. Senior midfielder Kaity Ward of Trinity scored the game-winning goal in the 97th minute of a thrilling 2-1 OT victory at Farmingdale-State on Sunday.
