Other Outstanding Performances in the SCAC:
Junior Chase Cook of Texas Lutheran earned a third place in the hammer at the War Hawk Classic with a new PR of 46.37m (152-1) - a mark that places him atop the SCAC. He also earned a fifth-place finish in the discus at the same meet. Sophomore Jack Witkow of Trinity threw a new season best in the discus with a toss of 40.46m at the Cactus Cup. This mark places him second in the SCAC. He also took home a new personal best in the hammer with a 34.77m throw. Sophomore Liam Hamway of Dallas, who never competed in track and field before this year, had a PR in the shot put with a mark of 10.67m.
