DALON HARRIS OF TEXAS LUTHERAN UNIVERSITY, a freshman from Garland, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Men’s Field Co-Athlete of the Week for meets held from Monday, March 27 through Sunday, April 2. SCAC Track & Field Weekly Release - Week 5
Harris matched his longest toss of the season in the shot-put last weekend at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational. In a highly competitive field, filled with athletes across all divisions, Harris qualified for the finals and finished seventh with a throw of 15.03m. It is currently the top mark in the SCAC and third in the entire West Region.
He shares this week's honor with Casey Hampton of Trinity University.
