Colorado College's Kreitler Earns USILA All-American Honors

PERRY, N.Y. - Senior Jack Kreitler of the Colorado College men's lacrosse team was named to the 2014 United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association All-American Team on Wednesday afternoon. Complete Team

Kreitler, who earned a spot on the Honorable Mention team, finished among the top 10 in all three offensive statistical categories in the SCAC in 2014. He ranked second in goals and points, and tied for eighth in assists (9). Kreitler, the Offensive MVP of the SCAC championship game, set single-season highs with 31 goals and 40 points.

Kreiter struck three times during the opening 15 minutes of the SCAC Championship to help the Tigers build a 7-2 cushion after 15 minutes en rout to a 13-7 victory as well as the third confernece title for Colorado College in the last four years.

Colorado College finished their 2014 campeign with a 10-6 record including an at-large bid to the NCAA championships. The Tigers went on to fall in the first round to 12th-ranked Amherst, 13-10.
