LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Sophomore Jesper Thorsoe of Centenary College has earned SCAC Men's Golfer of the Week after an outstanding effort earlier this week to lead the Gents in Texas.

JESPER THORSOE OF CENTENARY COLLEGE, a sophomore from Esbjerg, Denmarks, has been selected the SCAC Men's Golfer-of-the-Week for all tournaments through Tuesday, April 1st.
Thorsoe led the Gents this past weekend to a second place finish at the LeTourneau Spring Classic this past weekend in Longview, Texas.
Thorsoe finished tied for third to lead the Maroon and White. Thorsoe shot a 76 in the final round to complete a three-round score of 221. Thorsoe shot a 76 in the opening round and followed with a 69 in the second round.
The Gents fired a three-round total of 912 to finish behind nationally ranked Concordia (Texas) University with an 889.
