Trinity Moves to Second in D3Baseball.com Top 25 Ranking

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Trinity University moved to second place in the latest D3baseball.com polls. The Tigers were listed atop nine of the 25 ballots, the most of the four teams receiving first-place votes. 

The Tigers (15-1) pushed its winning streak to 11 games after a 4-0 week, which included a three-game SCAC sweep of Austin College. In Sunday's series finale, a 9-3 win, Trinity head coach Tim Scannell picked up his 500th career.

Trinity continues conference play this weekend as the Tigers host Southwestern for a three-game series that begins Friday evening.
