Junior Alicia Plotky scored both of the BSC's goals - the first off an assist from junior Emmy Hollis, the second on an assist from junior Linda Amaya. Plotky has now scored at least one goal in the last six games, and has recorded at least one point in all but five games this season. The Panthers are at home for the last time this Wednesday evening, taking on Covenant College at 7 p.m.

#25 Centre
falls 1-0 to Trinity in regulation play on Sunday, Nov. 7th. In the match, Centre had the edge in both shots and corners at 10-9 and 6-3, respectively. The Trinity goal came in the 24th minute off of a shot just outside the 18 yard box. The shot was driven high, catching the under-side of the cross bar and finally bouncing into the goal. Though Centre would fight-back in the second half and create quality opportunities at the goal, they were ultimately unable to find the equalizer before time expired. Centre completes the season with an overall record of 15-4 and a SCAC record of 8-2.

DePauw
finished 10-7 on the season and 6-4 in SCAC play after dropping games to sixth-ranked Trinity by a 3-1 score and to Southwestern, 1-0. Trinity scored three times in a stretch of less than 14 minutes which negated a 1-0 DePauw lead which came on Julia Drummond's penalty kick goal at 57:34. Trinity tied the game at 65:03, took the lead at 71:37 and added an insurance tally at 78:28. Trinity held a 13-8 edge in shots including 12-6 in the second half, while DePauw led in corners, 4-3. DePauw's Lauren Palfrey recorded four saves. Southwestern scored with less than 14 minutes to play and claimed the shutout win over DePauw. The Tigers held a 15-3 edge in shots and a 3-2 margin in corners. DePauw's Palfrey totaled two saves.

Hendrix
went 0-1-1 in its final week of the 2010 campaign.  The Warriors traveled to University of Dallas on Friday and suffered a 3-1 loss before earning a 0-0 draw at SCAC foe Austin College on Sunday.  Hendrix finished the year 3-12-2 and 1-7-2 in SCAC play, their lowest win total since going 2-13 overall in 2006.  Dallas opened Friday afternoon’s match with three unanswered goals to earn the commanding victory.  Claire Sexton led the Lady Crusaders with five points in the contest.  Sexton gave Dallas a 1-0 advantage in the 14th minute and the Lady Crusaders would take their one-goal lead into the break, despite being outshot 8-7 in the first 45 minutes.  Sexton made it a two-goal game in the 48th minute and then assisted Summer Northern’s goal one minute later to make it 3-0.  First year forward Emily Smith scored the Warriors’ lone goal, the first of her career, in the 81st minute.  The Warriors were outshot 20-13 throughout Sunday’s contest.  Roos’ goalkeeper Kaitlin Elledge turned away nine shots, while Hendrix keeper Allison Mosley gathered seven shots.

Millsaps
fell in their final two matches of the 2010 season over the weekend, dropping a 2-1 decision to Sewanee on Friday before losing 4-2 to Oglethorpe on Sunday afternoon. Grace Gremillion tied the game on Friday in the 63rd minute, but the Tigers retook the lead six minutes later to seal the win. Sunday’s match with Oglethorpe was a high scoring affair with the Petrels leading the whole way. Margaret Eggers and Hayley Nemeth each netted a goal for the Majors, but could not keep up with the Petrels’ offense. The Majors close the season with a 7-12 overall record and 0-9 in conference games.

Oglethorpe
split its final two contests of 2010, falling on the road to Birmingham (1-0) and topping Millsaps (4-2) in Jackson. On Friday against Birmingham, The Panthers scored a goal with only 16 seconds remaining in the first half and made it hold up throughout the second stanza for the win. Birmingham outshot Oglethorpe 17-4 and only allowed the Petrels to take one shot on target. Senior Sarah Nania recorded 8 saves in goal for Oglethorpe but it was not enough to hold off the Panthers. The team defeated Millsaps in Jackson, Miss. on Sunday afternoon to give Oglethorpe its first victory over an SCAC opponent since 2006 and its first 8-win season since 2000. The Petrels got two goals within 45 seconds on one another from Sasha Alonzo and Courtney Phillips in the game's 17th minute to light the way to their first SCAC win since topping Millsaps by the same 4-2 score on November 3, 2006. After giving up a goal for a 2-1 halftime advantage, Kristen Koch found the back of the net in the 68th minute for a 3-1 Petrel lead. The Majors cut the deficit to 3-2 in the 73rd minute but Alexandria Vassell put the contest away in the 87th minute with a goal of her own. The Petrels outshot the Majors 18-7 and held an 11-5 advantage in corners taken to get the much needed SCAC victory. With the win Oglethorpe finishes the season with an 8-9-2 record for the most wins for the program since a 10-7-2 campaign nearly a decade ago in 2000.

Rhodes
went 1-0-1 over the weekend.  The Lynx traveled to Austin College on Friday.  The game was very close, as Austin barely edged the Lynx in shots 12-10.  Neither team could capitalize, as both keepers kept the opposing team off the score sheet for 110 minutes, concluding the game in a 0-0 draw.  Rhodes traveled to the University of Dallas on Sunday for a non-conference game.  Rhodes dominated the majority of play, but it would be Dallas to score first in the 54th minute off a counter attack.  The Lynx would not be deterred, as they responded with a goal of their own as freshman, Sarah DiLella, slotted a ball across the box and senior, Alice Hilgart, tucked away the shot.  Rhodes remained on the offensive, and would finally found the back of the net with 3 minutes remaining as Caroline Colpoys looped a shot into the upper corner of the near post, giving the Lynx the 2-1 victory.

Sewanee
wrapped up the 2010 season with two victories over the weekend, as they topped Millsaps 2-1 on Friday and rolled over Birmingham-Southern 5-1 on Sunday. Bess Goodman tallied both Tiger goals in the win over Millsaps. She scored both of her goals in the second half, including the game-winner with just over twenty minutes left in the contest. In a contest highlighted by two strong defenses, the Tigers out shot the Majors eleven to five and earned seven corner kicks to Millsaps’ one. Virginia Zakas tallied two saves in goal. On Sunday, Sewanee was out shot fifteen to twelve in the contest, but the Tigers made their shots count. Fritsl Butler got the Tigers on the board early with a goal in the seventh minute. Goodman picked up her third goal of the weekend just twelve minutes later when she found the goal on assist from Faith Spencer. The Panthers got a goal from Alicia Plotky to make it 2-1 at the half. Spencer added to the Tiger lead just six minutes into the second period with an unassisted goal. She scored again less than three minutes later, this time on an assist from Tiki Slay, to give Sewanee a 4-1 lead. Goodman knocked in the Tigers’ fifth goal of the day, once again on an assist from Spencer, to make it 5-1 in favor of Sewanee. The Tigers finish the year with a 12-6 overall record and 6-4 in SCAC play. Sewanee has won eight of their last nine contests after starting off the year 4-5.

Southwestern
went 1-1 in their final road trip of the year, falling to Centre 1-0 on Friday and then defeating DePauw 1-0 on Sunday. The Pirates end the year at 9-8-1 overall and 5-5 in the SCAC. On Friday night Southwestern wasn't able to get their offense going but the defense did all they could to keep SU in the game. Centre had 13 shots to Southwestern's three and Centre recieved eight corner kicks to the Pirates' zero. The lone goal of the match came in the 55th minute when Centre's Collins passed through the middle to Garr on a breakaway forcing Southwestern's keeper Sarah Nonaka out of the goal. Garr played the ball just out of Nonaka's reach for the game winner.Sunday the shots (15-3) and corner kicks (3-2) were once again not in the Pirates' favor, but SU made the most of their looks as Paige Duggins scored the lone goal and game winner to send Southwestern out of the season on a victory. Lindsay Jakszta found Duggins in the 76th minute to give the Pirates the late game winner.

#6 Trinity
