SUWANEE, Ga. - Trinity University senior track & field student-athlete Zach Brush was named to the 2011 Capital One Academic All-District® Men's Track & Field team as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), the organization announced.
Brush, who is an engineering major, carries a 3.70 Grade Point Average (GPA) and was named to the District VI College Division first-team. Brush was the only Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) men's track & field student-athletes named to the team.
First-team Academic All-District® honorees advance to the Capital One Academic All-America® Team ballot, where first-, second- and third-team All-America honorees will be selected later this month.
