Colorado College's CooXooEii Black earned second-team All-South region honors as the lone athlete to represent the SCAC. Yesterday, Black was honored by D3hoops.com as an All-South Region Second Team member.

The senior forward also was second with a .543 field-goal percentage and fourth in rebounding at 8.8 per contest. He finished the season with a career-high 512 points to become the 16th player in school history to score 500 or more in a single season.
During his last home game, the 75-52 victory over Trinity, Black became just the fourth player in conference history to record 1,500 or more career points and 700 or more career rebounds. With 31 points at Southwestern University on Feb. 21, Black became the fifth player in program history and just the ninth in the SCAC to reach the 1,600-point mark. He ended his career with 1,625.
