Colorado College 16th; Southwestern 25th in latest national rankings

LEXINGTON, Ky. - Colorado College moved up one spot to 16th while Southwestern University re-entered the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) top 25 rankings at 25th this week.

The Tigers, who last week were ranked 16th in the AVCA rankings, went 2-1 during the week. Colorado College's lone loss was to Division II Colorado State-Pueblo. The Tigers improved to 8-3 on the season.

Southwestern went 3-1 at the Trinity National Invitational. Highlighting the week was the Pirates' 3-2 win over then 5th-ranked Emory. Southwestern now stands at 8-4 on the season.
