MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Trinity University junior outfielder Pat Hirschberg was named to the D3baseball.com Team of the Week for his stellar play the week of February 18-24, the website announced.
This is the second consecutive week that a Trinity player has been selected to the team.
Hirschberg, the SCAC Offensive Baseball Player-of-the-Week, led Trinity to a 3-1 record over the past week, including two wins in a three-game SCAC series against Austin.
The junior from Parker, Colo., hit .429 (6-for-14), picking up three runs and six RBI for the Tigers. He hit three home runs, a double, and a triple in the four games, as well as drawing a pair of walks.
