LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - The busiest weekend of the
2012-13 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference sports season is
fast approaching. Championships in the spring sports of baseball,
softball, men's and women's golf, men's lacrosse, men's and women's
tennis and men's and women's track & field will be decided over
the course of six different days at six different venues beginning
on Saturday, April 20. (*Brackets will be updated as soon as they

Kicking off the conference spring sports championship season is
the SCAC Men's and Women's Golf Championships, which will be held
at the Southern Trace Counntry Club in Shreveport, La. Centenary
College serves as host for its first-ever SCAC championship.
Competition begins on Saturday, April 20th and runs through Sunday,

The SCAC Baseball Tournament returns to Georgetown, Texas,
and the campus of Southwestern University for the first time since
2007 and the just the third time overall. Competition begins on
Thursday, April 25th and runs through Sunday, April 28th.

The SCAC Softball Tournament will be played at the University of
Dallas in Irving, Texas for the first time since Dallas joined the
SCAC prior to the 2011-12 academic year. Competition is slated
to begin on Friday, April 26th and run through Sunday, April

The SCAC Men's Lacrosse Championship will be held on the campus of
Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colo. for the first time
since 2011. The event will feature the top two teams competing in a
single championship game format on Saturday, April 27th at 1:30 MT.

The SCAC Men's and Women's Tennis Championships return to San
Antonio, Texas and Trinity University for the first time since
1999. Competition begins on Saturday, April 27th and runs through
