IRVING, Texas - On Saturday, April 6, the University of Dallas Sports & Entertainment MBA program will host "A Run to Remember," a 5K run and walk fundraiser to contribute to the Dr. Vern Francis Assistance Fund.
Dr. Francis, a University of Dallas College of Business associate professor, is a quadriplegic as a result of a bicycle accident several years ago.
Proceeds from "A Run to Remember" will go to the Dr. Vern Francis Assistance Fund, which will benefit students with disabilities at the university.
