GEORGETOWN, Texas - Even though their season hasn't gotten underway, the Southwestern men's basketball team came together on Saturday morning to make a profound impact on a local non-profit organization, the Community Montessori School in Georgetown.
The team dug holes and expanded the chicken coop by planting and cementing fence posts. The men will be returning later this fall to paint the covered walkway on the courtyard side of the classroom building.
These projects are a tremendous help to CMS as they provide and outstanding educational environment to the children.
