LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Four of the league's seven Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference women's swimming teams hit the pool for 2016-17 season-opening meets this past week.
Among the opening week highlights, Trinity University picked up a dual meet victory over fellow SCAC competitor McMurry University in Abilene, Texas.
The Tigers outscored the Warhawks 93-61 as the Trinity women captured nine events.
The league's newest member, University of the Ozarks, made its program debut at Oklahoma Baptist University.
