LEXINGTON, Ky. -- After the final weekend of the regular season, three Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference teams remained in place in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) rankings.
Southwestern University (29-3, 12-2 SCAC) held onto the No. 5 ranking to lead all SCAC teams, while Colorado College (25-4, 11-3 SCAC) is right behind at No. 6. Trinity University (25-7, 13-1 SCAC) remained stagnant at No. 16 this week.
All three teams will travel to Shreveport this weekend for the SCAC Tournament. Trinity earned the No. 1 seed, while Southwestern and Colorado College follow and No. 2 and 3, respectively.
