LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Two Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference men's golf teams were in action this week.
Texas Lutheran University and Trinity University traveled to California to compete in the West Cup, hosted by the University of La Verne.
The Tigers finished the event in third place, carding a 54-hole score of 906 (+24). Trinity was led by Redmond Lyons, who finished third in the field of 80 golfers, with a mark of 220 (+7).
Texas Lutheran was led by Colin Uecker, a seventh place finisher in the event. Uecker posted a score of 223 (+10), highlighted by a second round score of 72 (+1).
