Colorado College's Preston Earns Second Straight SCAC Women's Cross Country Elite 19 Award

IRVING, Texas -- In an announcement made at Saturday's championship meet, Colorado College’s Alexia Preston was named the 2020-21 SCAC Women's Cross Country Elite 19 award winner. It is the second consecutive year Preston has received the honor.

The SCAC Elite 19 is awarded to the student-athlete who has at least a cumulative 3.25 GPA, at least 60 credit hours at his or her current institution and earns All-SCAC honors for that particular season.

Preston, a senior psychology major from Auckland, New Zealand, currently holds a 3.945 GPA and took All-SCAC honors with her fifth-place finish at Saturday's championship meet.
