Trinity and Southwestern Men's Tennis Advance to Meet in NCAA Third Round

RICHARDSON, Texas — Trinity and Southwestern opened the 2021 NCAA Division III Men’s Tournament with convincing victories and will now meet on Sunday in the third round. The winner of Sunday’s match will advance to the quarterfinals, marking the first time since 2015 an SCAC men’s tennis program has advanced into the quarterfinal round.

Sunday’s rematch of the 2021 SCAC Championship is the first time two league teams have faced each other since Rhodes defeated Sewanee in the opening round of the 2003 NCAA Tournament.
