Colorado College's Singer Earns SCAC Women's Cross Country Elite 19 Award

SEGUIN, Texas - In an announcement made at Saturday's championship meet, Colorado College's Elliot Singer was named the recipient of the 2023 SCAC Women's Cross Country Elite 19 award.

The SCAC Elite 19 is awarded annually to the student-athlete who has at least a cumulative 3.25 GPA, at least 60 credit hours at his or her current institution and earns All-SCAC honors for that particular season.

Singer, a General Studies major from San Francisco, Calif., currently holds a 3.960 GPA and took home All-SCAC honors for the third consecutive season with her runner-up finish at Saturday’s championship meet.

It marks the fifth straight year a Colorado College student-athlete has won the award as Alexia Preston took home the honor following both the 2019 and 2020/21 championships, Megan Koch was honored in 2021 and Na’ama Nevo earned Elite 19 accolades last year.
