Men's Basketball - Week 9
Trinity remained perfect last week, improving to 15-0 overall and 6-0 in SCAC play after holding on to defeat Schreiner (9-6, 4-2) at home, 82-81, on Tuesday before traveling to Colorado to knock off Colorado College (7-6, 3-3), 84-69, on Friday. The Texas Tigers continue to build on the best start in SCAC history. St. Thomas (13-2, 5-1) sits in second in the league standings and will host Trinity Friday night to kick off a full weekend of conference hoops. Other contests schedule for Friday include Centenary (9-6, 4-2) traveling to Schreiner and Austin College (6-9, 2-5) hosting Colorado College. STANDINGS - SCHEDULE - STATISTICS
Player of the Week - Tanner Brown, Trinity University

Women's Basketball - Week 9
The race atop the SCAC Women’s Basketball standings tightened last week after Colorado College (11-4, 5-1) handed Trinity (10-5, 5-1) its first loss in league play, defeating the Texas Tigers, 63-49, at home last Friday. Texas Lutheran (13-3, 6-1), which has won five-straight and is off to its best start in the program’s NCAA history dating back to 2000-01, joins both Colorado College and Trinity with just one loss in league play heading into the weekend. SCAC action returns Friday night as Centenary (1-13, 0-6) takes on Schreiner (3-12, 2-4) in Kerrville, Trinity hosts St. Thomas (4-11, 2-4) and Colorado College travels to Sherman to take on Austin College (3-12, 2-5). Swimming & Diving - Week 8
SCAC Swimming and Diving returned to action last week after the Holiday Break with four programs taking to the pool. On the men’s side, Trinity bested Austin College in a dual meet, while Colorado College defeated Roger Williams at home in a dual and St. Thomas traveled to Florida for an NAIA Tri Meet. On the women’s side both Trinity and Colorado College emerged victorious in their respective duals against Austin College and Roger Williams and the Celts took second against top NAIA competition in a tri meet Florida.
