Cross Country - SCAC Championships Website
The league's 16 cross country teams are preparing for the SCAC Men's and Women's Cross Country Championship, which is being hosted by Texas Lutheran University and will be run at the Irma Lewis Seguin Outdoor Learning Center, about a 10-minute drive from the TLU campu. The races will be held on Saturday, October 28 with the men's 8K race scheduled to start at 9:00 am CT and the women 6K to follow at 10:00 am CT. MEN'S SCHEDULE - WOMEN'S SCHEDULE 


Golf - Week 6
The fall portion of the 2023-24 SCAC Golf schedule is coming to a close as just three men’s and three women’s programs were in action last week. Southwestern staked claim to the Hardin Simmons Invitational on the women’s side, while Schreiner took home top honors in the team competition on the men’s side. Dallas participated in the Wayland Baptist/Chicken Express Classic with the men capturing the team title and the women securing fourth. The Schreiner men are the lone team in action this week as they travel to Las Vegas, Nev., for the NCAA Div. III preview. MEN'S SCHEDULE - WOMEN'S SCHEDULE

Men's Golfer of the Week - Drew Hermesmeyer, Schreiner University 
Drew Hermesmeyer of Schreiner University, a graduate student from Goldwaite, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Men’s Golfer-of-the-Week for competition played from Wednesday, October 18 through Tuesday, October 24. Full Release  

Women's Golfer of the Week - Emmie Rhude, Schreiner University
Emmie Rhude of Schreiner University, a sophomore from Cave Creek, Ariz., has been selected the SCAC Women’s Golfer-of-the-Week for competition played from Wednesday, October 18 through Tuesday, October 24. Full Release  


Men's Soccer - Week 8
Going into the final weekend of regular season action, only Colorado College (11-2-1, 6-0-0) has clinched a spot in the SCAC Tournament, while Texas Lutheran (14-2-0, 5-2-0), Southwestern (9-2-3, 5-2-0), St. Thomas (11-2-1, 4-2-0) and Trinity (9-2-2, 4-2-0) all remain alive for the final three bids into postseason play. The TU Tigers will host the Celts on Friday, while the TLU Bulldogs welcome the Pirates on Saturday as the outcomes of those fixtures will go a long way in deciding the final spots in the conference tournament next weekend in Houston. STANDINGS - SCHEDULE - STATISTICS

Offensive Player of the Week - Taty Aleman, University of St. Thomas
Taty Aleman of University of St. Thomas, a senior forward from Pasedena, Texas, has been named the SCAC Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week from Monday, October 16th through Sunday, October 22nd. Full Release  

Defensive Player of the Week - Raghav Sharma, Southwestern University
Raghav Sharma of Southwestern University, a sophomore defender from Austin, Texas, has been named the SCAC Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week from Monday, October 16th through Sunday, October 22nd. Full Release  


Women's Soccer - Week 8
Trinity (9-4-2, 6-0-0) has clinched the top seed in the SCAC Tournament going into the final weekend of regular season play after they extended their winning streak to seven following two more wins last week. Texas Lutheran (8-4-4, 4-1-1), Southwestern (7-7-2, 4-1-1) and Dallas (5-9-1, 3-3-0) have secured the final three spots with seeding still to be determined following competition this weekend. The TLU Bulldogs will host the Pirates Friday night to determine the second and third seeds going into SCAC Championship weekend. STANDINGS - SCHEDULE - STATISTICS

Offensive Player of the Week - Michaela Bosco, Trinity University
Michaela Bosco of Trinity University, a sophomore midfielder from San Antonio, Texas, has been named the SCAC Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for games played from Monday, October 17th through Sunday, October 23rd. Full Release   

Defensive Player of the Week - Caitlin Roach, Texas Lutheran University
Caitlin Roach of Texas Lutheran University, a first-year defender from Manvel, Texas, has been named the SCAC Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week for games played from Monday, October 16th through Sunday, October 22nd. Full Release  


Volleyball - Week 8
Trinity (24-3, 13-0) and Colorado College (14-10, 10-4) sit first and second in the league standings following perfect SCAC weekend with wins over Austin College (15-8, 4-7), Centenary (7-18, 0-12) and Dallas (12-14, 2-10). Teams will continue to battle for spots in the SCAC Tournament this weekend as Austin College hosts 10 conference matches and Schreiner (18-9, 8-5) hosts three league contests. STANDINGS - SCHEDULE - STATISTICS

Offensive Player of the Week - Mackenzie Logan, Trinity University
Mackenzie Logan of Trinity University, a senior outside hitter from Alberta, Canada, has been named the SCAC Volleyball Offensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played from Monday, October 16 through Sunday, October 22. It is the second consecutive week she has won the award. Full Release
