HOW IT HAPPENED
- Trinity University opened the match strong with a 25-17 victory to go up 1-0 over the 'Roos.
- Austin College answered in set two with a solid 25-19 win to even it up at one set apiece.
- The offense came alive for the Tigers in sets three and four with sophomore outside hitter Kirby Smith leading the Tigers to a 3-1 match victory.
