Colorado College swimmers Olivia Dilorati and Erin Holmes joined Trinity University golf's Brigette Lee and Texas Lutheran tennis' Sofia Vega on the team.

Dilorati, a senior from Braintree, Mass., earned a 3.61 grade-point average in political science. Dilorati was named the 2015-16 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Women's Swimmer of the Year after earning All-America honors at the 2016 NCAA national championships. She finished third in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 54.83 - setting an SCAC open record in the process as well as a Colorado College record. She also posted a school record in the 100 free (52.10), and was 22nd in the 50 free (23.65), at the national meet.

Holmes, a senior from Saint Paul, Minn., boasts a 3.86 grade-point average in mathematics and earned a spot on the At-Large Team for the first time. Holmes was named to the SCAC Academic Honor Roll every year in addition to numerous record breaking performances in the pool. At this year's SCAC Championship, she earned first place medals in the 800 & 400 yard freestyle relay.

Lee, a senior from Shavano Park, Texas, has a 3.98 grade-point average in biochemistry & molecular biology. This is her third straight spot on the At-Large Team. She was named to the 2016 All-SCAC second team after helping lead the Tigers to the SCAC Title, recording 319 as a team - the second lowest finishing score for a 36 hole event in conference championships history.

Vega, also a senior from Corpus Christi, Texas, has a 3.87 grade-point average in biology (pre-veterinary science). She earns the honor for the second consecutive year after being selected to her fourth consecutive singles NCAA Women's Tennis Championship this month, making the field of 32 after posting a 25-5 record in singles action this year. Vega is now 105-18 in singles play. She was also named SCAC Player-of-the-Year for the third straight season. Vega earned third team Academic All-American honors last year after advancing to the national ballot.

To be eligible for Academic All-America® consideration, a student-athlete must be a varsity starter or key reserve, maintain a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.30 on a scale of 4.00, have reached sophomore athletic and academic standings at his/her current institution and be nominated by his/her sports information director. Since the program's inception in 1952, CoSIDA has bestowed Academic All-America honors on more than 20,000 student-athletes in Divisions I, II, III and NAIA, covering all NCAA championship sports.

First-team Academic All-District honorees advance to the Capital One Academic All-America® Team ballot, where first-, second- and third-team All-America honorees will be selected later this month.
