MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – Despite a loss to 3rd-ranked Mary Hardin-Baylor, Texas Lutheran University holds the 25th spot in the latest D3football.com Top 25.
The Bulldogs (5-2) fell 48-20 on Saturday against an undefeated Mary Hardin-Baylor squad. TLU's 333 yards of total offense was not enough to overpower a UMHB special teams unit that had two kickoff returns for touchdowns and a blocked punt. TLU held the UMHB offense to just 230 yards of total offense and 10 first downs.
The Bulldogs are back in action against conference-rival Trinity University next Saturday.
