LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- Five of the seven Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference men's tennis teams were in action this week.
Austin College went 2-0 on the weekend, defeating Hendrix College and the University of the Ozarks.
The Schreiner University men won a close match over the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor on Saturday, moving to 9-1 on the season.
Southwestern University hosted Hardin-Simmons University and No. 4 Trinity University last week, going 1-1 in the two matches. The Pirates downed the Cowboys 7-2, but fell to SCAC foe Trinity. The Tigers also defeated HSU, 9-0.
