LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The football programs of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference continued conference competition during week ten of the season.
Texas Lutheran University improved to 7-2 overall and 2-0 in conference with a 41-7 victory over Austin College. The Bulldogs also clinched a share of the SCAC title for the third straight year. Star quarterback Trenton White was 15-28 passing for 151 yards and 4TDs. junior running back Marquis Barrolle rushed for 94 yards on 16 attempts in the win. The Bulldogs will travel to take on Southwestern University on November 14th for the final game of the season.
Trinity University improved to 7-2 overall and 1-1 in conference play with a 27-19 win over Southwestern University. Trinity's Austin Grauer was 17-27 for 205 yards and 2 TDs while the defense came up big recording 6 sacks.
