LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- It was a quiet week for the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference women's swimming and diving squads as only Colorado College took to the pool to compete over the weekend.
In their dual with Div. II opponent CSU-Pueblo, the Tigers, who won six events, earned a 131-112 victory. The Tigers started the meet off strong with a win in the 200 medley relay. The team comprised of freshman Maddie Amick and sophomore Emily Erickson along with juniors Jio Chang and Selma Jukic completed the race in 1:56.69. Erickson and Chang went on to win the 100 breast (1:11.73) and 200 IM (2:17.07), respectively. Freshman Key Macfarland contributed a win in the 500 free after completing the race in 5:37.05 while junior Riley Wadehra earned a pair of victories on the 1 (246.15) and 3-meter (230.65) boards.
The SCAC women's swimming and diving schedule will wrap up 2018 on Monday when Colorado College hosts a dual with St. Norbert.
