LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Eight of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference volleyball squads continued their 2018 campaigns in week six of the season.
In the lone conference matchup of the week, No. 9 Trinity defeated Texas Lutheran in four sets.
No. 2 Colorado College went 3-1 over the weekend with wins over Wis.-Plattville, Augustana and Wis-Oshkosh. The Tigers fell in their final game of the weekend to No. 11 Washington (Mo.).
Centenary came out victorious against Jarvis Christain and twice against Mississippi Univerisity for Women on Saturday to finish the week 3-0.
Despite a loss to Southwestern Christian University to start the week, Dallas earned a 3-1 record after besting Randall, Louisiana College and LeTourneau later on in the week.
Austin College won its only game of the week against Mid-American Christian while Southwestern went 1-2 earning its victory over Texas Dallas.
The conference portion of the schedule continues Friday when CC hosts Austin College, Centenary, Dallas, Johnson & Wales and Southwestern in the Divisional Crossover B-C.
