LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Seven of the league's eight volleyball teams were in action this past week and the SCAC continued its non-conference dominance - posting a 20-7 mark.
Austin College posted a perfect 4-0 week while both #3 Southwestern and #6 Colorado College went 3-0. #10 Trinity defeated both #9 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (3-1) and #11 Cal Lutheran (3-0) at the Cal Lu Fornia Invitational. The Tigers went 3-1 at the event, only dropping a 3-2 decision to Whittier.
Elsewhere, Centenary went 3-1 at the Belhaven Classic and is off to its best start since 2011. Both Dallas and Texas Lutheran split their four matches. Schreiner was the only conference team idle on the week.
