SUWANEE, Ga. -- The 2022-23 Academic All-District® Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country Team was selected on Wednesday by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) and Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference women’s track & field/cross country programs combined for 11 selections.
Trinity led all SCAC squads with five honorees, followed by Colorado College with four, while Centenary and Texas Lutheran placed one student-athlete on the team each.
The 2022-23 Academic All-District® Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes track & field/cross country honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced June 28.
