Coleman is just the second Tiger basketball player to earn First Team All-America honors, joining Trinity Athletics Hall of Famer Tara Rohde (2004-05) on the exclusive list. Coleman was previously named the D3hoops.com Region 10 Player of the Year and the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Year. She is just the fifth student-athlete in SCAC history to earn D3hoops.com First Team honors, and first since Maggie Prewitt of Centre was honored in 2011-12.

This season, Coleman led the tea in rebounding (tied), blocked shots, and field goal percentage. Her 60.3% field goal percentage is the fifth-best in school history and ranked fourth in Division III this season. Her 53 blocks were also the fifth-most in Trinity single season history and 34th in the nation. Coleman had a career-high 18 rebounds in a game earlier this season, which also ranks in the top 20 all-time at Trinity.

Coleman also ranks in the top 25 in school history in career points, rebounds, blocks, and field goals made. She broke the Tiger career record for field goal percentage by hitting just over 61% of her shots all-time, which is nearly three percentage points better than second place.

Coach Hill and the Tigers won their sixth SCAC Championships and reached the NCAA Playoffs for the sixth time in his tenure this season, and he also notched his 200th career victory early in the year.
