Tomorrow's final 18 holes will begin at 9:36 a.m. on the par-72, 6,864-yard layout.

With two rounds in the books, Trinity, the defending champion, is sitting at 591 (+15) after rounds of 296 and 295. The Tigers trailed Southwestern University by three shots following Monday's opening round but picked up five shots on the Pirates in the afternoon to take the slim two-shot lead.

Following its opening 293, Southwestern finished with a 300 in Monday's afternoon round and currently sits at 593 (+17) heading into Tuesday's final 18 holes. Schreiner University, which had shot a 303 in the morning, bounced back with the low round of the afternoon - a 294 - to sit at 597 and four shots off second-place Southwestern.

Rounding out the standings, University of Dallas (303-305) and Texas Lutheran (305-303) are tied for fourth at 608 (303-305), University of St. Thomas is sixth at 612 (+36) and Centenary College is seventh with a two-round total of 617 (302-315).

Southwestern's Christian Rodriguez {pictured} sits atop the individual leaderboard after rounds of 71 and 68 left him at 139 and five under for the tournament - one of just three players under par for the championship. His 139 is the second-lowest score after two rounds by an individual in SCAC championships history. TLU's Nathan Haley was sitting at 138 after Monday at last year's championship before finishing at 214. The 54-hole individual mark is 208 and was set by Zach Oliver of Schreiner in 2014.

Trinity's DJ Springer is at two under (142) after rounds of 72 and 70, and Schreiner's Austin O'Brien is one under (143) following rounds of 73 and 70. Richard Polan of Centenary and Jackson Lehner of Dallas are tied for fourth at even par with two round totals of 144. Lehner shot the low round of the morning with a 69.

Trinity took advantage of the par fives, shooting 7 under as a team and averaging 4.85 on those holes.

Individually, Rodriguez leads the field with 10 birdies while O'Brien had nine. Zhao Yung Gu of Schreiner, along with Lehner of Dallas and Jacob Mason of Trinity had eight birdies each.
