HANNAH REYNA AND VICTORIA MORALES OF SCHREINER UNIVERSITY, have been selected as the SCAC Women’s Doubles Team of the Week for matches played from Monday, February 5 to Sunday, February 11. SCAC Women's Tennis Release (Week 2)
Reyna, a senior from San Antonio, Texas, and Morales, a senior from Anaheim, Calif., picked up a doubles point for the Mountaineers with their 8-4 win at No. 1 singles over Megan LeBlanc and Grace Rogers of LeTourneau in Friday's 5-4 team win.
Other Outstanding Performances in the SCAC:
Senior Cate Cushing and sophomore Trinity Levy of Trinity won an 8-2 decision at line two as part of Trinity's doubles sweep of Our Lady of the Lake University on Friday. The doubles sweep was critical to the 6-3 Tiger victory.
