BRIANNA SERRET OF CENTENARY COLLEGE, a senior from Alexandria, La., has been selected the SCAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week for performances during meets swam Monday, November 8 to Sunday, November 14. SCAC Swimming & Diving Release (Week 5)
Serret led the way for the Ladies on Saturday in a home dual meet versus Hendrix as she claimed three individual victories in the 50 fly (27.88), 100 fly (100.78), and 100 back (101.76). Serret now has six individual wins this season through her first three meets and has earned a pair of runner-up finishes. Her time in the 100 fly was a season best.
Other Outstanding Performances in the SCAC:
Freshman Faith Coffin of the University of the Ozarks swept the 200, 100, and 50-yard freestyle events against Austin College last weekend in times of 2:05.80, 58.65 and 26.89 respectively. She also split the fastest time on the Eagles 400-free relay team with a mark of 57.57.
