NEW YORK, N.Y. - The Southwestern University
men's golf team is ranked 21st in the latest Golfworld Nike coaches
poll. This week's poll is the third ranking of the 2013 spring
season.
The Pirates had been ranked 22nd in the second spring poll.
At its last event Southwestern finished second out of seven teams at the West Region Invitational on April 8-9.

Former SCAC member, Oglethorpe University remains the top-ranked program in the third men's Division III coaches' poll of the spring. The Stormy Petrels held a 321-304 advantage over Methodist in the overall vote after receiving nine of 13 available first-place votes.
Three other programs also received first-place votes: No. 2 Methodist (one), No. 3 Illinois Wesleyan (two) and No. 5 Gustavus Adolphus (one).
