Boyer captained the Colonels for three years, 2006-2008. Boyer played in all 74 matches during his four year career at Centre, starting in 68. Boyer's four year career record was 54-16-4, the most wins by a graduating class under head coach Jeb Burch. "He may be the most decorated player ever to wear the Centre uniform. Adam was an outstanding leader, stern competitor, and exceptionally skilled player. He combined his skill set with a game intelligence that is hard to find or teach."
