Colorado College's Ogilvie, Trinity's McAfee Named NSCAA Scholar All-Americans

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - Colorado College senior Brandon Ogilvie and Trinity University senior Darren McAfee have been named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of American All-Scholar All-American Team.

Both were named to the Second Team and will be honored at the NSCAA's annual All-America Luncheon in Philadelphia on Jan. 18, 2014.

Ogilvie, a forward from Manchester City, Vt., majors in Biochemistry and is carrying a GPA of 3.46. Ogilvie earned First Team All-SCAC and First Team All-West Region recognition after leading the SCAC in goals (14), points (25) and game-winning goals (7) during the regular season. He also tied for seventh with five assists. 

McAfee, a midfielder from Albuquerque, N.M., majors in Engineering to go along with a GPA of 3.35. McAfee had five goals and two assists during the campaign and was named First Team All-SCAC as well as First Team All-West Region. He added a goal and an assist durng Trinity's run in the postseason and was a leader among the team all season long.
