LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - SCAC softball now has only one team with an undefeated record in conference play.
The No. 4 Bulldogs of Texas Lutheran University (20-1, 8-0) posted back-to-back doubleheader sweeps over Schreiner University (3-17, 1-7)to improve their conference record to 8-0. Trinity University (15-7, 9-3) dropped two games to Dallas (8-12, 4-4) early in the week before going 3-1 against Centenary College (12-12, 4-8) last weekend.
Southwestern University (14-10, 7-5) went 4-0 against Austin College (13-15, 3-9) last weekend.
