LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - After some mid-week out-of-conference competition, the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference softball teams hit the field for more SCAC play.
The current SCAC leader, Texas Lutheran University (33-2, 19-1) returned to form defeating Dallas (16-14, 11-5) in both doubleheaders. Trinity University (24-10, 17-3) dropped two games to Mary Hardin-Baylor on Wednesday before sweeping Austin College (13-23, 3-17) over the weekend.
Southwestern University (18-18, 11-13) split with Schreiner University (7-27, 5-15) in both doubleheaders. Schreiner also took on Houston-Victoria on Tuesday, dropping both games.
Centenary College (17-19, 6-14) had the week off before they travel to Sherman, Texas to take on the 'Roos.
